LUSH haul!

Hey there lovelies!
Like thousands of others I love LUSH cosmetics, and I am a self-proclaimed lush addict!
This week I received my LUSH order, so I thought I would share what I bought with you :) I got 7 things in total, and here they are:

Bath Bombs

"Ever wondered what bathing in deep space would be like? Invite the cosmos into your bathroom with this sexy, interstellar bomb and become the guardian of your own Galaxy. An awesome mix of refreshing peppermint and neon colour sends your mood rocketing, while popping candy takes you on a trip around the Milky Way. Constellations swirl and pop, creating vibrant lustre vortexes in the night sky. Before you leap too far, rogue layers of vetivert and cedar soon take hold, evoking the warmth of human contact far from home and a hint of 80s aftershave. Return from your intergalactic brief encounter as the grounding scent brings you gently back from orbit."

I LOVE this bath bomb! It smells incredible, and I love how it fizzes away in the bath with an explosion of colour. One of my all time favourites!

Sex Bomb

"When you've got that feeling - tired, stressed out and anxious - you need some sensual healing. The fragrant blend of jasmine, ylang ylang and clary sage will soon have you relaxed and feeling in the mood... Jasmine is an ancient aphrodisiac, used as a sensual perfume in India for centuries and in aromatherapy to ease stress and anxiety. Clary sage clears the mind, while ylang ylang is renowned for soothing worries."

This is a new purchase for me. I have read amazing reviews for it, so thought I'd give it a try! It does smell amazing, especially with the jasmine and ylang ylang scents.

"If sleep is evading you, this combination of essential oils will help get you ready for a good night's rest. As Twilight dissolves, it turns from the colour of the setting sun and gets darker, turning your water a shimmering deep purple. The fragrance has been designed to help you sleep: lavender is a soothing, mind-clearing and calming fragrance, used in aromatherapy to treat insomnia and aid restful sleep, while benzoin and tonka call to mind a milky caramel malt drink."

Again this is a new purchase for me. I suffer from insomnia and sleep disturbances because of my Fibromyalgia, so I am interested in trying this out to see if it helps me sleep.

Lover Lamp

"Look, this might be coming on too strong, but it seems like you should get the hots for Fair Trade organic cocoa butter. Melting into an amorous embrace of softening water, butter hearts coat skin in heavenly moisture. In a whirl of chocolate orange notes, Fair Trade vanilla absolute and Brazilian orange oil whisper sweet nothings that lift your mood. Their scent lingers in your mind and on your skin all day long."

I admit I bought this one cause it's pretty lol. Also, it smells amazing, and I can't wait to try it out in the bath. I love the smell of cocoa butter, and with the added scent of chocolate orange and vanilla, what's not to like?

Yoga Bomb

"Take a journey of the self as reassuringly soothing sandalwood oil creates a sanctuary of calm in your bath. When you plunge this meditative fizzer into the water, slow mesmerising shades of oranges, purples and turquoise will unfurl. At the same time deeply relaxing olibanum and Ho wood release, frangrancing your body and surroundings. It's the ideal atmosphere to lie back and contemplate life."

Can you see the theme in my purchases this month? I tend to be very tense and stressed, so this sounds perfect. It does smell gorgeous, and the description totally lured me in!

"If you have dry, sensitive or irritated skin, this is the bath bomb to replenish it. Once the cocoa butter pieces have melted, your skin will be coated by a light buttery film that smells good enough to eat. Ylang ylang is used in aromatherapy to treat stress and depression, as well as relaxing the nervous system, and relieves anger, panic and fear."

This bath bomb sounds perfect to me, as not only does it have cocoa butter and ylang ylang which love, it is also great for calming the mind and the body, which in my case is something I need to focus on! As you know I suffer from anxiety and fibro, so this bath bomb seems perfect for relaxing my nervous system, which plays a huge role in both my conditions.

Bubble Bars

The Comforter

"Sometimes you just need to shut yourself off from the outside world under a blanket of fruity foam that will put you back in the right frame of mind to face the world. This bar is supersize do, so you'll only need to crumble half a bar under your tap to make enough bubbles for a long, comforting soak. Cassis absolute gives a distinctive blackcurrant fragrance, while bergamot adds an uplifting note."

What's a bath without some bubbles? I love LUSH bubble bars, as they last ages! You only need to crumble a small amount under the tap to create luxurious bubbles to soak your troubles away in. I haven't used this bar before, but I am eager to try it out. And as always, it smells so good!

So that's it folks, my January LUSH haul! I have to say, I love their descriptions! Don't you?
